Returns Policy

We understand there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with the fit or item you have received, in this case we offer a 10 day change of mind period. Which will allow you to return your item and receive a credit note in return. 

To be eligible for a credit note, your purchase must be returned in the exact same condition it was delivered, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging and tags must be attached.

The buyer will cover all delivery costs.

Any items purchased under sale cannot be returned.

If you have purchased an item under a discount code and are requesting a credit, you will be issued a credit note for the price you have paid. 

Credit notes will not expire and can used across the entire store. 

 

To issue a return please email us at hello@lennyco.com.au with the subject 'return' include your order number in the email and why you are returning your purchase. If you suspect this item is faulty please attach photos. 

We will then provide you with a return address, we suggest keeping your tracking number as we are not liable for lost shipping. 

Once the item is received and we have checked everything over we will email you with a credit note or replacement.
